This complex is not a safe place to live. The contracts are not enforced which means the rules are not enforced. The management may say they are but they are not. They have no means to enforce them nor do they care to enforce them. Trash/litter is everywhere because the tenants don't care; profanity is loud and tolerated; kids run wild and even play on other people's porches and throw rocks everywhere; there are peeping toms that look in the windows; some folks are night creatures that play music loud and talk loud on their patios; cars play music loud and also loud "booming"; I could go on and on about the negativity of this place. Be aware of all these things before you sign the papers. If you don't care about any of it then it doesn't really matter. I've repeatedly gone in and asked them to make this place safe but they haven't done anything about it in the 12 months I've been here. Yet they want me to renew my lease.

Dont live here. I was treated poorly by the front office and I had a huge problem with bed bugs there.
