FLAWLESS! I have shopped and bought at Spencers for years and today I had a Maytag washer delivered on time with the BEST delivery team ever!!!! Priced matched with the lowest price in Phoenix immediately when I bought it. I have NEVER had any problems with Spencers. They are like family to me and they will get my business on future purchases; thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! I didnt get a discount or payment for this review....its just my honest opinion!

Everything was easy from shopping through delivery! Jordan was very knowledgeable and the prices were better than Home Depot and Lowe's. The had my washer and dryer installed less than 24hours after I bought them!

Jordan is the one to see. He is honest and forthright. We will continue going back. The prices are good, and they stay true to their promises.

Our microwave died, we went to Spencers to look at one, While there, we noticed the packages they offer. Our other appliances were 14 years old , and bought a package. It came today in the rain. The installers were so professional , and quick. Explaining as they went along. Number 1 in our house.

Buy at your own risk or please don't buy from here bad customer service all they care is about the sale and commissions .mayde a bad investment with this spencer will never go or buy anything from here or spencers period will not recommend to anyone..i got a 70" sharp smart tv had it for about a year and i get a straight line across the tv i call them and let them know all they do is give me a number for repair guy i call guy come and says your panel is bad and it cant be replace you need a new tv so i call ,thankfully i got the 2yr extended warranty and again they give me another number to call this time is the warranty company to make story short is all they do is give you the runaround they dont care to help at all is been over 3months since i made the claim and still no call or tv..what the heck im with the other guy im calling 3 on your side and the bbb on you..

I love this store! I recently purchased a new Wolf range here, and the whole process was pleasurable. I have already recomended a friend to go see them and will continue sending business there when I can.

I had a great experience at this location. The employees are so nice and welcoming to everyone. They are willing to do anything to make the customers happy. I would defiantly recommend this location to anyone.
