My wife and I went in to this Sprint store to inquire about Sprints new promotion and to see if we could change our plan. After speaking with one of their employees about the promotion it sounded like a good deal so I asked the guy to explain it fully and provide me the full price of the plan including all charges. He did and I had him confirm that this was accurate.



Fast forward to our first new bill. There was a $25 additional charge on our bill and there was a 10% discount that had not been applied. My wife and I went back into the Sprint Store for an explanation. We were told that even though that we werent told about the additional $25 charge, we would have to pay it on monthly basis. Needless to say I was upset about this. I spoke to the manager and he could not have been less helpful. He actually told me that no employee of his would ever leave out any charges when telling customers the details of a plan. After saying that, he stood there like a deer in headlights and offered no help whatsoever. His assistant manager finally offered to help but ultimately provided very little. I am not sure if we were lied to or if it was an oversight initially but regardless the service at this store is some of the worst I have experienced.



My advice is to stay away from this store and avoid Sprint altogether
