I would like to suggest the "manager" here to take some customer service courses. I was returning an item previously bought at another store for 18.49 + tax. Upon return she refused to return the item, may I mention it was in absolute perfect condition but we had just moved and a receipt was lost in the process. She offered me .50 cents back for their product. Seline was unprofessional and took absolutely no steps to help! I will now be taking my software firm business to Office Max. In the future please be considerate of how you decide to "manage" a well known business!
