Does not speak to his clients directly. Office staff tells you he is out of the office, on vacation, etc... Did not return ANY of my requests for a returned call in over 1 YEAR!!! The first time I needed help regarding my policy after being his client for years, he had no time or interest in calling me to help. His customer service reps told me he simply does not talk to his customers... I moved my account to another office with an Agent who cares about his customers... NOT just about his customer's money. I FIRED DAVID CLARKSON from STATE FARM. State Farm should be ashamed to have his as one of their Agents.

Tracy Olson State Farm agent was a real treat to deal with him and the office staff.They were all helpfull and very friendly as they assisted us with our questions.They also saved us $$$.
