I have had nothing but positive experiences at Summer Winds. Cynthia has been THE BEST in giving me ideas, and I've also attended a class by her that was wonderful. I look forward to more. My garden is beautiful and I will continue to buy my veggie plants and seeds from them.I feel compelled to comment on Fred's review. Hours are in place for a reason. People have lives, Fred, and need to get home to their families. If they let you in, then they have to let everybody in. Why close at all then? Do you expect special treatment everywhere you go? Costco doesn't let people in after closing, nor does Frye's, or any other store that has definitive hours. Businesses can be sued for discrimination if they let you in, and then not someone else. If they come 10 minutes after closing, but you came in 1 minute after and they let you in, but not them, that is grounds for litigation, but you obviously can't see outside of yourself long enough to realize this. I arrived at Summer winds at approximately 5:03 pm. An employee was standing at the door letting customers out and keeping any new customers from going in. I asked him if they carried a particular fungicide for my lawn and he said "yes we have it". Since I was 3 minutes late he refused me entry to buy something he has in stock and knew exactly where to find it. I would have been in and out in two minutes! I guess this is how they treat their customers.
