Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and professional, I genuinely feel cared about and held accountable not only when it comes to my fitness goals, but my personal goals as well. It is so refreshing to belong to a community of like minded and positive individuals and I don't feel like just a number. They also provide personal training, group classes and nutritional guidance.
