Make sure they take your insurance first. I was provided their number by my insurance company, and made an appointment. When I arrived I was informed that they wouldn't take my insurance, but was told I could pay cash. I asked how they knew about my insurance, and was told they looked it up on the internet. I asked why they couldn't call and tell me, and was told it's a HIPPHA violation. That's completely false. They just wanted me to pay cash. So make sure you check that they take your insurance, as they won't inform you.
