I have been using Today's Patio as a pool consultant/maintenance resource for a few years and recently had a situation that solidified my choice in using these folks. We had a pool cleaner that was under warranty and was taking more than a normal time to repair. Linda and her staff, Dustin and Eric, worked together with the manufacturer rep and found a solution that more that exceeded my expectations. Not only did they provide a "loaner" device but were able to upgrade the device that had failed with no substantial cost to me. Well done folks!!! Your approach to customer service is as it should be. More businesses would be wise to follow your standards, again WELL DONE!! Thank you!!!

Facts: (1) two months ago, purchased an expensive chaise lounge for our patio and was assured our cushions and furniture would be delivered within three weeks; (2) never heard from them, so, in the 4th week, called and left message for salesperson, who never returned call; (3) in the 6th week, still hadn't heard from them, so called again and left message for salesperson who (again) never returned call; (4) called four days ago, spoke with woman who assured me that the sales rep. would contact me by the end of business that day, but I received no return phone call; (5) called again this morning, finally spoke with sales rep who blamed the manufacturer for not having our pillow choice in stock -- blamed not returning my previous 3 phone calls on "I've been busy" -- and was told that, if I'd wait another two weeks, he could have an answer as to when/if I'd get my $2,000 item. Cancelled order. Buyer beware.

Nevertheless, we always choose Today’s Patio at Tatum and Cactus.The personnel at Today’s Patio at Tatum and Cactus are seasoned experts in the industry. They back up everything they sell. And with a staff like Rod, Dustin, and Linda, for example, you’ll receive knowledgeable and fast service, competitive prices, combined with a friendliness that is so real, you’ll think you’ve just been invited to a friend’s home for Thanksgiving dinner. They are that genuine!As long time customers, our purchases have now gone far beyond pool supplies and services. From the same location, we’ve purchased patio furniture, plates and glasses, and even Christmas trees, wreaths, and holiday indoor/outdoor lighting! I have been going to this store for pool products and pool service since 1997. The staff are very knowlegable in the products needed to keep your pool clean and proper chemical balance. In addition to chemical knowledge, the staff also is very familiar with the products they sell. They have been very helpful numerous times in assisting in suggesting repair procedures and I have been very satisfied with the repair and cost.Definetly visit this store the next time you need pool chemicals or need technical assistance.

I have been purchasing pool supplies/chemicals and having my pool water tested at the tatum store for over 12 years. I live 20 minutes from this store, and 5 minutes from a Leslie's store. The personnel at Today's Pool (Linda & Justin), take the time to explain your pool needs, and show a genuine concern to help you. I never had that feeling at the Grayhawk Leslie's store, and would rather drive the extra miles to Tatum Blvd. I am geeted by name when I enter the Tatum store, and made to feel like a valuable customer. The pool advise I have received from Linda and Justin has always been the right advise. They are never too busy to take all the time you need to answer and diagnose your pool problems.
