TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Manager Lola is so unprofessional and very rude! I was trying to return clothes I bought 7 days ago for a job I am no longer going to be working for and she was so unnecessarily difficult and yelled at me from across the store to say she can't take them back.
I had tags on everything and receipts saying I have 7 days from the day of purchase to return the clothes. I bought them on the 3rd and today is the 9th. I even pulled the calendar on my phone to show I had through today to return them.
I was humiliated and so frustrated at how I was treated and will never go back again. This isn't the first time she has treated a customer this way either, she has several reviews of bad customer service. I don't understand why this company doesn't do something about this woman.
