If you are a consumer OR seeking employment BEWARE!! This company scammed me out of my last paycheck. They owe me about $800.00 after giving them 3 years of hard work!!! So here are the cold hard facts on this company. God forgive me for working here!IF YOU ARE A POTENTIAL CUSTOMER:A) Your invoice will have MANY charges that are not disclosed to you when you place an order. Let's use the most popular oven cleaner for example. It's $17.16 a quart and they push you to buy 12 at a time. That comes out to $205.96!! Rediculously expensive already BUT THEN comes on all the other BULL**** fees! You will pay taxes, shipping, energy surcharges, split case fees, and even pay for the sprayers. The average invoice for 12 QTS of Dyna-Foam is aprox $275.00+ !!! This is almost $23.00 a quart!! On what planet should oven cleaner cost this much??? GO TO THE DOLLAR STORE OR ANY OTHER CHEMICAL COMPANY!!! B) A vast majority of the people they hire for you to work with will be fresh out of prison. You never know who is on the other end of your phone. Be careful if you decide to accept a phone call from one of these sales reps as it is an EXTREMELY common practice for them to pitch you a product, you tell them NO THANK YOU and they send you a case with an invoice any way. OR they accidently sent you double the product that you agreed to. For example you agree to 12 qt and they send 24qt!C) So if your okay with A) and B) doesnt happen to you. For whatever reason you have decided to give these people your business, now it's time for the PHONE TO RING OFF THE HOOK! Your rep will be calling all other departments of your facility and will be using your name as a reference to sell more product. Your rep will be required to call you every month MULTIPLE times untill they get you on the phone and pitch you new product. Did your invoice get paid on time? Look out for the HARRASSING collection calls!!!D) The bottom line for consumers. The people that own and manage this business are rude, greedy, money hungry people that DO NOT DESERVE your budget! Buy locally! Do your homework and order from anyone else that has more competitive pricing! Do not waste your time! Most people I sold to would only order untill they realized the nightmare they were living! I'm truly sorry to every person I worked with when representing Ultra-chem Inc.IF YOU ARE SEEKING EMPLOYMENT:A) You are just another number. You will be continuously reminded that you are not needed and there is the door, NO MATTER HOW GREAT YOU ARE. Yelling, screaming, cursing, harrassment, and disrespect are all a common practice by management to the employees. People who work here are MISERABLE and are treated like children!! Most people take this job for 2 or 3 weeks and quitt. Be prepared to take on allot of stress and abuse!B) Would you like a blank space for your resume? I emailed the manager (the owner) and asked if I could use him as a reference on a resume for a part time job (while employeed) and he never replied! He replied to every email I ever sent him in regards to making him money.C) Welcome to a dead end job. Most sales people are looking to make a good living. I have been a top producer for EVERY company I have EVER worked for including my new sales career now. The owner of this company once told me to feed my small children Ramen Noodles and go stand in front of the Home Depot if I wasn't making enough money (This is when I made my decision to leave). There are a few RARE people that have been with the company for 10+ years and they are DAMN LUCKY to make 40k - 50k. This is pennies for the time and effort they have put into this field. Other chem companies pay 100k+ within 2 years if your good. There is absolutely 0 chance for advancement and If there ever is, I can assure you that it will not be financially rewarding. If your happy making 14.50 an hour and you don't mind dealing with A) and B) then this place is for you.I HAVE SOOOOO

Someone from this company called the Business Office of a property that I manage. There is a strict property no solicitation policy. I advised this man that any info he wanted to provide could be sent by regular mail to the Business Office. I had several people in the office waiting for assistance. He called back approximately 11 times in a row. When I rudely told him to stop calling, he advised that he had sent some samples and was not soliciting. There was a company that did the same thing last year. They had the "samples" delivered to a vacant home and then invoiced hundreds of dollars later for the product. I shipped it back, which still costs around $100. I don't know what benefit any company could find in using these bullying tactics. I for one wouldn't use any of their products. The telephone number on the caller ID is the same 480.893.1832.
