United beauty supply same as Sunnys have no idea what Real Hair is! The dont have a real human hair, its all processed, artificial asian hair which they sell under european 100% human. Im in Russian Virgin Hair business for many years so i know what im talking about. So people be aware

The staff is great and very helpful always a good experience especially for special orders. However, I do not like being unable to return un opened / un used hair due to color, length, even for an "in store credit/exchange/reorder". And having to DOUBLE,TRIPLE, AND QUADRUPLE CK MY ORDER.I would gladly pay a re-stocking fee. I have had the same experience and am fortunate that I could use that hair for another client. However, that is one thing I really do not like about UNITED BEAUTY SUPPLY, no return on extension's or any hair pieces whatsovever! I also purchased 2 Pony's. One was made correctly, the other was manf defective. The pull string was positioned incorrectly on the piece, made the layers completely wrong and unable to use, and this particular pony was pricey, even for me. (when it comes to hair I splurge, but its worth it in quality and lenght of use). But it really tick's me off that they will not do an ‘instore credit/exchange” UBS purchases from the same suppl

On Sat 11/17/07 my first visit ever into U B Supply store; I wore a wig into the store to demonstrate the length I was needing which was 14inch (straight hair length). The sales person (clerk 01 #2635, an older white woman about in her 50's who stated her husband had passed away about a year ago), strongly recommended I buy the 10in. which was comparable to the length of wig I was wearing; she placed a closed bag of the10in. hair to my head and stated the 10in. is all I needed;(I not knowing that the hair was wrapped at different lenghts in the bag; not until the bag was totally open with my beautician; when I took the hair to my beautician, I was informed by my beautician/3 other beauticians, that the 10in. would NOT be the length I needed to create the longer length I desired and that I needed a longer 14in.lenght. Now, I have to go back and HOPE they'll RETURN the 2 bags of hair 10in. which cost 59.99 each plus I purchased the closure weave for 25.99 totalling with tax 157.99.
