I had been on top of everything that he needed from me from the get-go and his lack of communication ultimately pushed me away. I found a larger, cheaper, better house with a much more friendly and cooperative managing company. I called to let Glenn know that I was pursuing another property due to the lack of communication and apologized that we couldn't make things work. I then received a TEXT stating that a brand new microwave had been installed and he was glad that he didn't have to "deal with" me anymore. He also told me to "learn some manners!"
EXCUSE ME?!?!
A real estate agent, with a supposedly professional company, did THIS? I was appalled! I AM appalled.
I truly hope no other prospect tenants or buyers have to deal with the level of unprofessionalism that this company, specifically this agent, exhibited.
LOOK ELSEWHERE for another agency to handle your lease and buying needs.

Provided by YP.comI was inquiring about a few properties listed by United Metro. I contacted Glenn Schnider as indicated by the phone system. I asked what the price & pet policy was, as an owner of two large dogs this is always something I ask first. Glenn told me to use common sense and not waste his time when I told him I had two large dogs. He proceeded to insult me even after me how expressing how he was coming across as unprofessional & rude. I was so shocked by his extreme comments to a potential client. Horrible! Horrible! I would never ever recommend this company due to this type of behavior from their employee!

Provided by YPmobileLike all the other reviews I've read about this place, mine is no different. I have never dealt with more rude, unprofessional or lazy people in my life. We dealt with Glenn, he doesn't pick up his phone and makes you email or text him. After answering me with one line responses the only way we were able to view a home was to pay a fee. We payed it, I didn't hear from him for a while....4 business days later he had yet to give me any info so I asked for my deposit back and told I'd be leaving yet another negative review for their business. His response..."get some manners!"
Stay away. No home is worth dealing with him or that company.

Provided by YP.comThis company is awful and rude. I have dealt w/ Jesse and glen mostly they do not do repairs they are requested to do. The kitchen had bugs before I moved in they were asked to get a company in there to spray. They did not so when I moved in and filled my cupboards there were bugs crawling all over. I received several notices from the HOA that they did not handle. I also notified them of termite tubes and they sent a company out there but did not fix it. I told them two separate times and now I’m moving and the stuff stored in the garage that I moved to my new place has termites.. boxes and furniture! SLUMLORDS!
All I want is the repairs done and I want them to handle it fairly. I hope that they don't try to retaliate against me by taking all of my deposit.
I always have small claims court.

Provided by YP.comOne of the worst companies I have worked with. Very poor with communication and slow to handle maintenance request. Emails and phone calls were not returned as well as requests by mail. Would not recommend them to anyone.
