The ladies at the counter hustle to get people through, but an older gentleman at the counter helping people receive packages first claimed to not be able to locate my package and it wasn't until Mike the manager came to find it. Package was just an envelope with clear and precise tracking information connected to my tracking number and even emailed to me.

Provided by YP.comThis has to be the worst Post Office to go to and get treated with respect. The supplies are always depleted. When you ask any attendant they tell you to wait in line. The line can be out the door and you and all you are requesting is a box . They are all like bull dogs waiting for you to approach them so they can attack you. Today at 4:00PM AZ time I asked a middle aged women for a box and she told me I would have to wait she was doing something. After 5 minutes I asked the next person in line to request the box for me since she never did come back to me. When you call you never get an answer to speak with someome about their service. I have a son in the military and that is why I have to use them but I will never give USPS my business unless it is needed. This is unacceptable; I think someone needs to let them know they are over head and we are profit. I will select a one rating to get to through this but they do not deserve any rating.

I am baffled by the poor customer service, when there are hundreds upon thousands of people out of work and who would give a left/right arm or leg to have their position and their "PAY" The management for this facility needs to "clean house" so to say. Get people in the place that would be thrilled to have a "job" let alone one with full benefits! I worked in the retail business, even though it is a huge turn around of people, I can assure you, they do NOT tolerate poor customer service. You would be reprimanded or terminated "on the spot" if you treat a customer badly. I had an encounter with one of your postal worker on route. He was rolling his eyes when I was talking to him and just being a jerk. Then today, I dropped off some mail at noon (note: 11/14/09- whomever is scheduled to get the bulk mail out of the drive through today is whom I am referring to) He was BEYOND rude- my jaw hit the floor- I asked him a question "TWICE" and he blatantly ignored me- then responded with a snotty response. CLEAN HOUSE and get NEW BLOOD in there!!! I recommend anyone to mail packages elsewhere- go to a private mailing facility, at least they treat you decent!! (And they are not so crowded- you get the same postal rates!!) Also- STAMPS.COM!! They are great with customers!!!

Provided by YP.comThis will be the second time trying to write this review, but because it is bad, I keep getting technical problems. At any rate this is the worst Post office I have ever encountered. My overnight express at almost $30.00, and to be there by 12:00 noon next day. Three days now, and still not delevered. So much for EXPRESS. I will use UPS or FEDEX and pay the price from now on.
