I asked them to check out my Van and call me after two hours. They argued with me about how long it could take and I told them to get started and call me after the two hours expired. They kept the vehicle for the entire day while they worked on other vehicles in between mine, which they admitted to doing when they should have continually worked on mine for two hours and called me so I would know what they came up with. I could have authorized more time, but they didn't like me telling them to call me after two hours, so they jerked me around for over a day and they still didn't fix my vehicle! The bill was $298.00...FOR WHAT?! I dropped my van off at 0800 and they rapped everything up the next day by 10:00 a.m. This place is a lot like Firestone. They want an open checkbook so they can pick your vehicle over and tell you everything that will eventually require replacing. Not everyone has the money to allow this to happen. I just wanted to know what was making my van idle rough. After a couple hours, I found it on my own.

I wrote out a more detailed review on "yelp.com", but it ended up at the very bottom in the "Not Recommended" list. I'm betting the owner cried about my write-up and Yelp obliged. My review is honest and accurate! It's your call, but I am never going back!
