If you have dreads you have to see Jaelen, she is truly outstanding. She's fast and very cool to hang out with for an hour or 2 +. Best loctician in Phoenix, hands down.

WAY COOL HAIR is WAY LAME!!!!! I walked into Way Lame today to see if I could get a hair cut. They took my name and said we have something at 3pm. I said great gave my name and # and left. They said nothing to me about their policies NOTHING!

3pm comes around and I was caught up in a meeting, calling them about 3:15 with apologies for being late and that I was in a meeting. I asked if I could still come down? They said there is a no show fee of $25 but we'll cut it to $15. So basically 1 dollar for every minute I was late. I asked the person on the phone how am I able to know your policies if you don't tell me about them? She said well that's our policy. I am shocked a local company would treat someone in such a way. WAY COOL? I think NOT!!!!!

My daughter and I just relocated to Phoenix and we both were in need of a cool and sassy hairdo. D'arcy did a fantastic job on my hair last week and I've had nothing but compliments on both the new color and updated cut. At 38 I can still enjoy the unique surroundings and even went back to make a purchase from the vintage shop inside. FOR A GREAT CUT WITH EXCELLENT SERVICE...give them a try.
