Provided by YP.comI have been to the MVD and other third parties and this one is by far the best. As long as you bring in the correct documents that are required for whatever you are doing they can get you processed and out super quick! There were so many people who weren't bringing the right papers or documents in who had to be turned away ans left angry but it's their own fault. The employees here are so nice, This was my second time here and I waited 13 minutes and was processed and out of here within 30 min.

Provided by YP.comIf I could give 0 stars I would. I came in on a Saturday to obtain an AZ driver's license after moving from Colorado. It would make sense that the benefit of the 3rd party MVD is largely the availability, right? So Saturdays would likely be busy?
The two ladies at the desk were so utterly incompetent that their aggregate skills were equivalent to about half of those of an effective employee.
A slowly growing mob built up behind me (I arrived in the nick of time, apparently) and since the take-a-number system was turned off for the day, there was no discernible organization method. Many people left after a few minutes waiting - it took both employees about 30 minutes to issue one young man's instructional permit.
When I finally got to the counter, I was told that they would not accept my passport as ID, despite the published DMV literature to the contrary. Good luck getting any service here, let alone from someone with basic math skills, common sense, or literacy!

I dont mind paying double for convenience and avoiding the lines at the DMV. However, because of their inability to file paperwork (ie do their job) I still had to go to the DMV to get my license and then pay for a duplicate license. In all, Western Motor Vehicle costed 3x's the amount of just going to the DMV and waiting in both their line and the DMV's line. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this place.
This person failed to give us all of the information required to understand her situation over the phone. So she was given the correct information about the situation she called us about. Again we are sorry that you were inconvenienced however we strive to assist each customer as best we can.
