Worldwide Facilities was founded in 1970 and has become one of the oldest and largest independent insurance wholesalers in the Western United States. Its brokerage divisions include casualty, property, marine and financial services. The company has headquarters in Los Angeles and branch offices in Seattle, Phoenix and Atlanta. Its traditional brokerage focus was augmented in 1991 with the formation of its Heritage General Agency. The agency maintains numerous in-house underwriting authority contracts and focuses on low to medium hazard risks, with branches in Los Angeles and Irvine, Calif.
