i had my husband's brand new suit altered by other cleaners, and it was totally ruined. By my friend's recommendation, I visited Maple Lawn Cleaners. The tailor checked the problems without criticizing someone else's work. I was told that he had to undo the job that had already been done, and tackle it in different way. Frankly, I did not put much hope on that. A week later, the job of 'sizing down' was beautifully done. Size 44 suit was perfectly altered as size 42! The jacket length was also shortened as size 42. They did wonderful job, they are real pro! This is true quality cleaners! Couldn't even tell any stitch mark... Sue greeted me with a bright smile and a cheery "Hello!" When I returned the following week to pick up my clothes, Sue said, "Hi Debbie." I was amazed that she remembered my name from the previous week. That is the way to build customer loyalty. When I got home with my clothes, I was very pleased with the quality of workmanship. My clothes were clean, soft, and pressed - perfectly. Other places made my clothes stiff and smelly with dry cleaning chemicals. The combination of the warm and friendly manner of Sue and everyone at Maple Lawn and the outstanding service and quality of care with which my clothes are handled makes Maple Lawn the ideal place to take all my dry cleaning needs.
