I am first time customer to clean clothes in the store and bring $10 coupon to use as initial satisfaction. The store manager was refused to accept those coupons for dry clean clothes which dry clean cost comes to the coupon value.I have mentioned to store manager that I am NEW to your area as well as store, so want to use those as customer satisfaction. Store Manager was arrogant and refuses to take coupon.My question is to Store Manager, if he cannot accept those coupons then why he publish and asked customers to come. This is full waste of customer time, invite and then refuse. This is NOT a customer expect. Please stop publishing coupons and sending to customers.
