Provided by YP.comworst experience ever! There is only one guy working which adds to a very long wait. The guy waiting on us was rude and didn't tell us all the charges up front. Furthermore they are NOT a Verizon store so they will charge you a setup fee on top of the upgrade fee Verizon changes on the bill. Save your money and time and order yourself online. Setup your new phone is easy to do yourself.
