There were 2 patients in the waiting room not wearing their masks and when we let the admin know she had them put it on. The receptionist was wearing hers under her nose and then later under her chin. When we saw the doctor he had a mask on but kept touching it and pulling it over his nose each time it slipped down and when he returned to the room to give me my prescriptions he was not wearing a mask at all. Disappointed in the employees there. The service the doctor and nurse provided was very good except for the mask situations.

I went in for a viral eye infection on 3/29/18. I am currently pregnant (30 weeks with twins). I told the nurse & the doctor several time during my visit incase they could not tell by my pregnant belly. I got looked at and prescribed medication for my eyes. As I was walking out to my car I glanced over my "Summary of care" and saw that they wrote down my blood pressure as 152/90. I immeditly thought to myself, "Oh my God, that is so high"!! I got really upset because nothing was said to me! SOMETHING should have been said to me as a pregnant patient. I started crying and called my OB while still in the parking lot and they told me to come right in as this is a cause for major concern during pregnancy (even I know this w/o a medical degree).. They ended up checking my blood pressure themselves and it was normal. They rechecked it several times & each time it came out perfect. My doctor said they most likely used the wrong cuff and it caused my blood pressure to elevate. Either way...the nurse..the doctor..someone SHOULD have mentioned that number to me and referred me to my regular OB. Instead, I was left alone to discover it on my paperwork and have induced panic. DO not waste your time or money visiting this location.

I think this place did a great job, after I registered, I was
in a room in 10 minutes, x-rays 15 minutes later. And saw the doctor not long after the x-ray. I would definitely go there again.

I think the doctor at this location is awesome he takes his time and listens to your problem and all of your symptoms and if he doesn't know he takes all the steps to find it.

This place is a nightmare! Sta...

This place is a nightmare! Stay away! I arrived at 6:00 p.m. and was told by the bubbly intake person it would take 30 minutes to get registered and 1 hour to see the doctor. Also, if I choose to leave, to let them know. I called Broad Street urgent care and they told me they could get me right in. I left at 7:10 p.m.and still was not registered. The intake person was flirting with patients, emptying trash cans, and carrying on conversations with employees while people were in the lobby hurting. One other note, there was about 8 patients in the waiting room. This place use to be great, I will never go there again!
