Provided by YP.comWas referred here to do several things prior to my daughter getting braces. Met with the benefits coordinator after the consultation to discuss details of what my insurance would cover. I paid the portion of the bill that my insurance did not cover, and 2 months later I receive another bill telling me that, "oops, we thought that procedure was covered, but it's not"...? I received another bill for almost $400. What's the job of the benefits coordinator if they can't do their job? Had I known this procedure WASN'T covered by my insurance, we probably would have elected not to have it done. Very unprofessional and harassing. Got hung up on every time I called to ask questions. Would not recommend going here or taking your kids here. Just really bad business practices.
