I have had decent experiences last few years. But, this time I went through and paid for the most expensive $12 wash. I was disappointed to pull out and into the Kroger parking lot, get out of my care and see that the car was still dirty. I could still see fingerprints on the trunk, dirty streaks on the sides, the outline of the windshield wiper on the windshield, etc. What's more disappointing is that I called and left a message for them to go back as I feel entitled to reimbursement or a free "real" wash. THEY HAVE NOT CALLED BACK. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.
