Although I like the guy personally. I would not recommend him at all professionally. Again, great guy but he should've been out of the business a long time ago. My case was a complete disaster. Over an over again he would miss appointments, and even cancel court dates---same day. He had issues with his e-mails and I would not receive EXTREMELY IMPORTANT correspondence from the GAL. I even showed up to the final court date with him and everyone else had the GAL's proposed schedule-----I had not even seen it. He was completely unprepared and I should have fired him after the first two same-day cancelled appointments. The first one was a complete no show, the second one was after I left work to drive over there, receiving a phone call on the way from his secretary. FURTHERMORE, he would double charge. I had to call and correct every bill I received. They even had a double charge for a Sunday. When he's not open on Sunday. The list goes on and on but I'm at 984 characters. You're Welcome.

I asked for a guardian for my daughter while going through a divorce from my wife. I requested it from the courts. The Judge selected Kristi and now I know why. The first day I met Kristi she accused me of putting "things" in my daughters head because it was unnatural for a daughter to want to have more time with their father than their mother. I was told it would never fly in court and to stop it. From there it got worse. Kristi was on me for every little thing. I was denied trying to send my daughter to a private Christian preschool, which was the same opportunity that her step brother had because it would have taken her mom 6 miles out of her way. Instead she was pull from two highly rated school districts and placed in one of the worst. Groveport City Schools. My daughter since has failed Kindergarten and got in trouble for punching a boy in the stomach.

My daughter also was sexuality assaulted at the baby sitter that her mother placed her at with me not having any say so. The house was a dump and the whole situation was swept under the rug in fear of making her case look bad. I was no longer allowed to take my daughter to the dentist and by the age of 4 my daughter has over 10 cavities and a crown. She missed 22% of her pre-school school year while in her mom’s care and as I stated, has now failed K level and still missed 14% of the year.

Also, watch the billing from this company. I brought to their attention twice they were double billing me and the second time the office staff got nasty with me. They do not like to be corrected nor do they take feedback well. I asked to see all past billing and they refused. I have talk to a former supplier for them and he stated he no longer does business with them due to their poor book keeping.

Kristi cancelled multiple meetings with the people who she should have interviewed on my behalf and never once gave me any signs of encouragement. Always put me down. However, she did have time to write a 5 page e-mail to bash me to a third party.

I have a 15 year career with a local company with a good paying salary and a spotless record...well, was spotless. I own my own house and my daughter had her own room, yard and friends in a very good school district. However, Kristi found it better to place her with her mom, who has not been able to hold a job for more than a year, lost her last one for threating to punch her boss, and lied on her application to get it, has had 4 live in boyfriends in two years and has neglected my daughters medical and nutritional wellbeing, not to forget the bankruptcy, fraud, collections, reposition etc. She can’t pay her bills, but can take care of a child.

I then received the most threatening and unprofessional letter from Kristi office after my case was over which was completely uncalled for. After paying them over 4K ON TIME, they threaten me that if they did not receive my last payment of $125.00 in the next week, they would take legal action with the courts. Amazing!

If you are a father, you will NOT get a fair trial in Fairfield county and if you get Kristi don't expect too much help. Make sure you record all your conversations and take good notes like I did. It may just save you and your kids in the long run.
