My son who has special needs has an obsession with fish. So it was only right that I set him up a tank. I went into the petland knowing nothing about fish or tanks. But there was this worker Keyonna who helped me to buy a tank and even have me directions on how to set it up and clean it properly. She was very patient with my son and his temper. I will be returning!!

For about a few years I have been visiting this location and the staff has always been really nice and welcoming Don definitely makes a huge difference. My family and I had been undecided for almost 3 years YIKES! Don always treated us respectfully and kindly every time we visited and asked to see puppies. We finally made the choice and got our new family member a Cockapoo. Don and Christina were both really kind and answered all my questions clearly (I had so many). I can not thank them both enough. The Pup is healthy and my daughter loves her new best friend.

I actually took control of Pickerington Petland for almost six months now we strive in making any and every customer happy. My staff is a great group of pet counselors that try to fit the perfect pet with its own perfect owner. I have changed this store and try to help change peoples perspectives on Petlands. I personally visit my breeders who are USDA licensed and they take amazing care of the puppies as well. Everything is clean and set up for the puppies and their parents best welfare and to insure their happiness. I assure you that if you have been, haven't been, going to, needing to, thinking about coming to see us it will be a great time and you will leave ten times more knowledgeable when it comes to taking care of any of your pets, plus we carry everything and can get anything you need for your favorite family pet/member.

I just wanted to say whatever you do don't buy anything here .The puppy I bought was $1200 and I've spent that much and more at the vet . The dog has been sick sense the day I got her 2 1/2 months ago . The vet told me we would be lucky if the pup would be well by march .I don't know if the dog will even make it throw the sickness .The people at the store have showed no concern about the pup at all .There have been times I left several messages to get help for the pup and got no return call .They truly don't care

service was good, but 1 out of the three parakeets that i bought had its wings clipped WAY TOO SHORT! Four months later, this bird can still not fly. Maybe it is due to the inexperienced staff, but these people should probably not be licenced to handle these birds if this is the result.

omg this place is so much better than the petlands ive been to. the people are a LOT nicer and the store is alot cleaner!!!!
