Don't even bother submitting a RFQ. 3 times I called to check status on my RFQ and was told by Glen I would have it within 30 minutes. Not to mention I was transferred to his phone and left on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up and called back to be told he was in a meeting. We could've offered them a lot of business. Our company is world wide. I don't know the quality of their work and don't even care at this point.
