Outsource Relocation Partners was founded by Conrad Bassett to serve the residential real estate and corporate relocation communities as well as families who are relocating to a new home. Our primary focus is serving clients in the San Francisco Bay Area, but our national and international experience of over 25 years allows us to assist anyone in any place. We have helped relocating families establish values on their homes and provided successful marketing of their homes and the negotiations of the sales contracts. We have assisted these same individuals at their destination in finding the right broker and working with them to negotiate the best transaction for their new home. We have assisted corporations market inventory homes and coordinated the repairs, maintenance, and improvements necessary to effect quick sales at high prices. Real estate brokers have called on our expertise in working with transferring families and with the relocation companies and their employers to ensure successful relocations.
