I am only responding because I saw the low review rating. I have a very small business, and the parts counter earned my business before I ever bought any equipment. They open at 8:00 am, saw me waiting outside at 7:30 am, with all my gear in tow. I had broken a key and had no spares. They gave me 2 keys and sent me on my way, well before opening time. I have been in the store while a woman was sent for parts, and her husband hadn't given her so much as an equipment model number. They were respectful in their dealings and did everything in their power to help figure out the part. It ended with a call to her husband. I don't think she got a part, but it was like going to AutoZone and saying you need an alternator, for a car. I finally did buy equipment from them. They are decent people to work with. I have never gotten a car dealership vibe from them.

Bobcat of Greenville is wonderful...if you have a lot of money to spend. They will kiss your rump. But if you are a small business just making an honest living... They do not have the time of day for you. And if you are a women.... Forget IT... You get no assistance or respect. Find another dealership or find a Caterpillar.
