Ordered the 16 ounce NY Strip special at $28, the steak tasted great but half of it was grizzly fat and bone which was uneatable. I spoke to the manager and he said it is what it is and didn't know what else to say. He knocked off 25% off the bill so it was only $24. It was a very disappointing experience especially for an establishment with all the hype. I cannot remember the last time I spent $24 for dinner and went away hungry. I definitely wont be back there anytime soon. Service was barely acceptable as well, I didn't even get my water refilled by the waiter.
