I strongly recommend that you do NOT do business with this firm based on my experience and the similar experiences of others who have posted here and on YELP.com.

While traveling in through Pigeon Forge, TN, in mid October, 2014, I ordered from An Atrium of Flowers, Inc. (aka Atrium of Flowers) a flower arrangement paid by credit card. The arrangement was delivered as expected and the appropriate charge was made to my credit card.

On December 17, 2015, a charge appeared on my credit card statement for the exact same amount as the October, 2014, charge. I have made only ONE purchase from this company as mentioned above and did NOT make a purchase for which this company would have reason to make a second charge.

I have made numerous attempts to reach the company to request a corrective credit be applied. No one has contacted us about this.

Based on reviews here and on YELP.com, I am not the first person that this has happened to. This firm will be added to TN's Buyer Beware List.

Been using them for years...did both my sons weddings, and they were perfect!!! Just what we ordered, great prices and on time !!!!!

I agree...do not use this company. I ordered flowers one time and my credit card has been hit four times with the charge. I have asked for a refund but one has not been issued by them! If you live in that area and can do business with them without using a credit card, okay. However do not use a credit card with this company!

Do not purchase from Atrium Flowers. They sneakly double charge you...then will not reimburse you! They have poor customer service...and there floral arrangements are poor...very unlike their website photos. Potential Customer....stay away!
