Provided by YP.comHorrible experience. Stayed in a room where the electrical wiring was not adequate. The lights by the beds would not work nor the telephone. Woke up at 2:00 in the morning with a steady leak in the ceiling. Reported it to the front desk the next morning and was asked why we didn't call and I explained that the phone would not dial any numbers. Young lady at the front desk said, "I just work here". Asked to speak to management and was told that I would be contact and a week later, still have not heard from them.

Provided by YP.comThis place is the worst woke up to bed bugs at 3:30am had to drag our family out in the cold and find another place to stay management was very rude said all hotels have bed bugs can you beleave that!!

Provided by YPmobileDisgusting, both beds had bed bugs all over the beds, i didn't notice till me and my two babie twins was getting ate up so i looked and they was everywere. I then called front desk and the lady argued with me didn't want too give me my $$ back and another room at no cost. It was 1 am in the morning i couldn't find another hotel. It was awful. I dont reccomend anyone too stay here unless u like bed bugs.

Provided by YPmobileMy family and I stayed a week in this motel and was the worst decision ever!!! We got a suite with double rooms/beds. The floors were filthy, the bathroom is so tiny you pretty much have to get in the shower to close the door. The tub was black and I would not even bathe my 3yr old in that nasty tub so he had to shower. We checked in on Monday and did not receive any room service till wesnesday so in the mean time we were Having to empty our own trash and collect our own towels and go get more, no toilet paper and horrible staff. We finally got room service 2 days later but only the trash was changed and new towels and toilet paper. The floors were not cleaned and beds were not made. The bathroom reaked of urine. There was supposed to be hot breakfast but that didn't show up till we asked about it and then we were told they would serve doughnuts and cereal.... Neither of which were hot!! We finally had to ask to use the vacuum to use in our room and the staff gladly handed it over (lame). The staff also leaves at like 10 every night and doesn't show up the next day till they want too. Could be 9am or could be lunch time!! The wash clothes and towels had black stains and smelled. The indoor pool was disgusting and even after showering you smelled like pure bleach (prolly the cleanest you would be staying here). When we pulled in they had about 4 parking spaces of their 6 taken up with tvs, dressers, chairs, tables, ect... This motel is seriously a joke and I would never ever stay here again!!! You have been warned!!!! Go elsewhere!!!

Provided by YP.comI rate this Inn below ZERO. I am surprise DEHEC has not shut them down. We had to ask them to change the bed linens ... because they were not changed since the last time they rented out the room. The bathroom is very small. It has a hole in the ceil. Low water pressure. The ice machines to not work. No hot breakfast. I was afraid to touch anything. I was not happy at this place and I want my money back. Not to serve you.

Provided by YP.comIf I could give less then 1 star i would!! DO NOT STAY HERE, dirty rooms, stains on couches and bed. You have to move the shower curtain and stand in bath tub to close bathroom door. We were there 40-45 min before we decided to leave and was only given half of our money back because we stayed longer then 30 min. I would not want my dog to stay at this place. RUN RUN RUN from here!

Provided by YP.comDon't stay here. Customer service is awful. No maid service, no clean towels. Was suppose to fix our cable, never got fixed. Elevators not working. Front desk people have no customer service and no manners. Molding in room peeling and wall crumbling. Bed was broken and taped together as soon as daughter sat on bed it fell to the floor. Not a good experience.
