Was so excited to see there was a Rita’s in pigeon forge!! This location definitely pleased the family. There are so many delicious treats and flavors to choose from and oh so good! Whether you go with the made fresh Italian ice or their delicious soft serve custard you won’t be sorry. This location also has something that only a handful of Rita’s location have and that’s their homemade hand scooped frozen custard and oh my the delicious flavors to choose from. I think just about everyone in our group got something different and everyone was super happy with their choices. This stuff is so good, we ended up going back many times while in town and I’m sure we will be back every time we are back in pigeon Forge. Very cute store with a dining room, which most Rita’s are just walk ups I guess a lot of the new stores especially down south have dining rooms, very nice and very clean. You can tell it’s run right and cleanliness is taken serious. We got to talk to the owners for a bit, they are locally family owned and operated and we’re very nice to talk to. The whole staff was very welcoming and friendly. We highly recommend trying this Rita’s out you won’t be sorry there is pretty much something to please everyone, so many delicious flavors and many rotate so always something new to experience.
