I have found the staff of this firm to be rude and unprofessional, they do not return calls, when I asked about the next step in my bankruptcy I was yelled at, once you have handed over you're paperwork and signed on the dotted line the friendliness and help stops.I wrote a letter to the trustee because a claim was in the process of being over paid due to the collection by the court and the wage garnishment, I have had to contact the parties involved with out the help of my attorney and this was a problem we were concerned about from the beginning of the process. Our concerns were ignored. I was also told I had to show up in court, upon arriving one of the associate attorney's, just looked at me and said Oh you can go home everything is done. He made me take the morning off becuase I was questioning a process that was never explained.I am quite sure the behavior of the staff is under the direction of Mr. Sirody
