This is just my experience with this company,and others might not agree with my review.allstate has not answer my phone calls or returned my e mails.when you call this company it only answer by answering machine and expect no return call ever!!!!!!.Its been 10 month and I am still waiting for the outcome of the mechanics lien-money or title-I have none yet.

Only way i got their response is when i complained to BBB and their excuse was (due to a relocation).
