The only way I would rate Pikeville RV, is if there was a minus 5 stars. I went there to have a fifth wheel put in my truck. A third of the way through the process I ended up helping the guy put it in. At the end the bill was not what they quoted, when I questioned the owner about the bill and me having to help install it. He told me that he could not refund or reduce the bill. I cut my loses and left. The owner called me on my way home and told me he would send me a check for $75.00. I thanked him but I never received the $75, I have called several times since July 2013, most recently this past week, they have told me every time I have called they would send the check to me. They have lied to me every time, I wouldn't do business with Pikeville RV if it was the last place on earth.
