My wife paid them to order and embroider a pair of boots as a Christmas present. They were unable to get the boots they had in their catalog and now refuse to refund the money stating that it is store policy to only issue store credit. While we understand if we had ordered and didn’t like the product once it came in, they were out no money on this transaction and will not refund the money. This is the last time we will ever do business with them as this is not satisfactory on any level. By the way, we had ordered various shirts from them previously, but never again after this fiasco. Their failure to perform has led to us being out money. Not very professional or business like.
