Summit Engineering is a Pikeville, Ky., based civil and environmental engineering, mining engineering and architectural firm. Established in 1977, the company has expanded rapidly to meet the growing civil, architectural and mining engineering needs of the Southeast. Its disciplines and areas of service include civil, mining, structural and municipal engineering; architecture; hydrology; agronomy; biology; geology; and land surveying. Summit has worked on a variety of projects such as Clear Creek Golf Course, Bowles Park Townhouses, Pikeville Inner Loop and coal reserve studies.
