We went to this man for help with a child support case. I was in his office for maybe 10 minutes, after waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time. He didn't even look at the paperwork that I had prepared and wasn't interested in the reason I was there. He was too busy on his Blackberry/ PDA to pay any attention. When he was tired of my presence, he dismissed me only to tell me that he would look into the case file and send me a letter to let me know if he would handle the case. Never got a letter saying yes or no. They didn't return any phone calls either. Come to find out, he is also a seated judge in Rhea County. He isn't worth your time, as it will be well wasted!
