I had the good fortune to have hired Greg Tomlin as my home designer several years ago. I had a very good idea of what I wanted in the design and type of rustic home to build. I gave Greg some basic drawings that where in my mind and what he came back to me with was exactly what I wanted to achieve. He seemed to know where I was headed. I also appreciated that Greg was very helpful in suggestions of some key extras to make my home more efficient!! Such as a external Generator ( that has paid for itself several times now) water sensors to shut off the main water if any pipes burst, Central vacuum, a light switch in master bedroom that will turn all the exterior lights on for security if one needs to check outside, Foam inplace instead of fiberglass insulation, drains in the floor in garage, a hidden area in master bedroom for safe keeping of some valuables.
I made changes as we went along and Greg was right there to adjust my needs and concerns.
If I ever would have a need to build another home Greg would be my first and only choice!
He's a professional of the highest caliber!!!!
