I just would like to say never eat in the lobby. Managers tend to yell at the crew. Making it a hostile environment and uncomfortable to sit through. I would hate to work there. Managers complaining about food not being up but yet the grill manager can't even pull his trays, to allow the cook to keep up. I witnessed this with my own eyes as I could see clearly who was the guy wrapping up the sandwiches. Management needs training on PROFESSIONALISM.
