After deciding last minute as ...

After deciding last minute as we were driving through town my husband and his friend and I stopped at Wilson Cheese Shoppe just to check things out. We made a small purchase and when we were rung up my husband pulled out his Debit Card, and the cashier (whom I assume was an owner becausee he had said he is trying to run a business here ) pointed to a sign saying $10 min. on CC transactions and his words were "Absolutely Not" We never argued, I went straight for my wallet to get the cash and the man kept ranting about how there are signs posted all through out the store, there's one over by the ice cream area, How he's trying to run a business. My husband and I were appauld. All the man had to do was say I'm sorry but we have a minimum. We never got upset, I instantly pulled out cash. To us this was no Big Deal, but the Cashier Threw a FIT and acted as if we had caused a scene. For such a small town, and cheese shops all over it, I found this store very disrespectful and would never reccommend this place to anyone!

Please accept our sincerest apologies for the way you were treated by our cashier. Everyone has a bad day now and again, and I'm very sorry that it was taken out on you. We had recently established our new credit card policy of a minimum of $10. Please re-visit our store, ask for Keith Knochel, and we will try to make it right with you! We have many repeat customers who have been coming in for years to enjoy our great cheeses, meats, AND customer service. Again, I am very sorry for the disrespectful way you were treated.
