Facility looked good. Staff very caring.

I would never ever visit or refer this place to anyone. The appearance looks nice the people are not. I walked in and the receptionist was checking me in and came across a bill that I knew absolutely nothing about. She explained to that I wouldn’t be seen unless I paid the bill. I let her know that they were sending the bill to the wrong address after she told me and she was very unsympathetic. She had an attitude out of this world and asked me was I “going to pay the bill or not”. Before I could get anything out she repeated they were not going to see me. I walked out and about a week later while checking my credit report it was on there as a collection debt. Still nothing in the mail. Very unprofessional.
