OPEN NOW - Open 24 Hours

I have been attempting to contact 24 7 International for 3 months. I purchased a suitcase while on vacation, when I arrived at the airport (home) one of the wheels was broken off.
All I want is a replacement wheel, that I'm willing to pay for. Someone finally emailed me back and said they would send me a new wheel (months ago), and of course, I never received it.
I have a brand new suitcase that has only been used once and is now unusable.
So, if your thinking of purchasing any of the 24-7 products, good luck.
