I originally purchased a bed from them because they had the best price - BIG MISTAKE. I called before ordering to verify it was in stock; I was told it was, so I paid. Two weeks later, after no tracking number, I called to discover that it in fact was yet to be manufactured. A week later it finally shipped (no notification), but took two weeks to get here (with no explanation from the shipper - Freightco Logistics). Upon arrival and opening, the boxes and bed were so damaged from poor handling in transit that it all had to be returned; tack on another 30 days and many phone calls, ultimately to their corporate office, to get them back out to pick it up. Now it's been another 30 days and several calls, and still no refund posted. This "company" has the absolute WORST customer service I've ever encountered. I have had to call every step of the way - their communication has been completely non-existent. The fellow answering the phone is pleasant but never followed through on any follow-up actions. He has literally failed to do anything he ever promised, from contacting to shipper to see about the delay to arranging the pickup to issuing a refund. I have no trust or belief that he'll actually do what he promises anymore. I wouldn't buy anything else from them even if it was 90% off; the unbelievable hassle was not remotely worth th few bucks in savings. So to anyone considering them - you've been warned. Good luck.
