We bought a 2013 Ltz Chevy Malibu. Before signing the papers my husband asked when the oil was changed. Was told it was just changed. Well that was not true. Took it in to a mechanic and the oil was so dark and burnt smelling and was clumpy. the day we bought it I noticed a wheel bearing was bad. They said bring it over the following Monday and we will get you the wheel hub at cost and at most should be $50-$60 out the door and that includes labor. Brought it over the following Monday and got a dumb founded look and asked why I was there. I told them exactly what wheel hub was bad. no communication until someone drove by and noticed it sitting there. Then I called and got the oh we were gonna call you. Got charged $115 not the $50-$60 like quoted. Left and right away noticed it didn’t seem right. Called my husband and said I think we got screwed. Took it to 2 different mechanics and wheel hub was put in the wrong side. The side that was bad was not fixed. I called on Saturday and was told I would get a call Monday after they talked to the mechanic and they would make it right!!! Again no call. Put up a review Tuesday and within a short while got a phone call. They originally wanted me to bring it back to them. We didn’t have the trust in the mechanic they use so they made it right and gave us our money back that we paid for the wheel hub and also reimbursed for the oil change. When we had our mechanic change the wheel hub on the side that was bad he said he noticed someone recently had tried to get that wheel hub out. They said the noise we were hearing was road noise. Also Joe will lie like there is no tomorrow!!! I submitted a BBB claim to get reimbursed for the money WE paid to have to wrong wheel bearing put in. In his response to the BBB he claims he offered to buy us a whole new set of tires that was never once offered. He claimed that the car was as is and had no warranty. Well duh hence why we paid for it. Stay away from the dealership.

By far the nicest people to deal with. Prices are very competitive and they have a great selection. James was great to deal with. If youre looking for a used car, come here first. It was worth the drive.

Don't normally write reviews but we had a great experience purchasing our 2006 Jeep Commander at Fedder Motors in Pine City MN and would recommend them to anyone in the market for a good used vehicle. Thank James and the team at Fedder Motors! Great job and we will be back for my pickup later this year if the TDI gets bought back!!!!
