I was a walk in on Saturday and wanted a mani pedi and eye brow wax.... started with a pedicure... I sat there in the chair with my feet soaking for over 30minutes before anyone touched me (mind you it was not busy). When I finally got what this guy considered a pedicure I was very confused... never had a pedicure that didn't even attempt to soften my feet at all... calluses weren't even touched. Then I was talked into doing the dip powder on my nails which I had to wait awhile to even be touched yet again... my nails came out looking really pretty, but they lasted less than 8 hours! I went back on Monday because Sunday they were not open and right away I'm accused of ruining my nails... I literally touched my dog and the nail broke so no they just didn't do a good job. They sit me down with this one lady to fix my nail and she basically is huffing and puffing and rolling her eyes jerking my arm around and pushing my hand whenever she wants me to move it (I have nerve damage in this arm it was absolutely unacceptable). When she was finally done she wouldnt even look at me and didn't even see if my nail was dry she just said "you're done" and went on her phone... horrible customer service. Will never return here again!

This place is so clean and they treat me like a princess whenever I'm here. I really do recommend this place!
