I used them in the past and had no issues. Management must have changed because when I contacted them they were extremely unprofessional. When I first called to have a certificate of elevation done they said that they'd give me a call back with a quote. Never happen! I called them everyday for a week and kept on getting the same response. They completely stopped taking my phone calls.. Called from a different number and got an answer on the first ring. Horrible customer service! Ended up using a different company..

Simply horrible. My survey was sent to me with incorrect measurements. Im not talking a few inches or a foot, but 7 feet! After arguing with them several times because they thought I was an idiot who couldn't do simple math, they looked up the surveyors notes and realized where they messed up. I especially loved when they wanted to charge me again to fix their mistake. Stay clear from these people, they are rude and obviously do not know what they are doing.
