We hand trim the meat, thread it on a pitchfork, and then cook it to perfection in a large cauldron of hot oil heated by a wood fire. Paired with our delicious sauces for your steak or chicken, freshly homemade potato chips, buffalo brats, baked potatoes, deep-fried onions, fresh green and fruit salads, plus a homemade brownie or lemon bar. This is a meal you will always remember. We also offer colorful vegetarian shish-kebobs and kids' hotdog options. Adult beverages are BYOB. Pitchfork Fondue also offers on site and off site catering and event planning. We will customize the food for your special occasion with our cauldrons, open spit, grills or smoker. Events can be for small personal parties to large events such as weddings.

Provided by YP.comThe entire experience of Pitchfork Fondue is memorable for first time guests to the western culture and to long time locals who are returning customers. The views of the mountains is spectacular, the friendly service is top notch and a casual environment under open skies is so refreshing compared to a typical place to eat. The steak is hands down the best I've ever eaten (and I eat a lot of steak!) The fondue style of cooking sears the meat truly to perfection. Matt and Liz as your hosts are guaranteed to provide a fun, relaxing and memorable dinner experience. There's really nothing like it here!
