Working in customer service myself, I know that people Never take the time to tell someone when someone has done a great job! People are always too quick to criticize and complain rarely do people take the time to tell someone when they have Exceeded their expectations. Every time I take my car to Michele Dessert at Crown Honda, She exceeds my expectations Of what customer service should be all about. I have enough to worry about in my everyday life, now I have one less thing to worry about, I know I can trust Michelle with taking great care of my car! Being a female and not knowing that much about cars, Michelle makes it easy for me To understand and I know I'm not being taken advantage of. I have been a loyal customer for 10 years and will continue to take all of my vehicles there. Thanks again Michelle!

I bought a Jeep from them and not even a week later the ball joint broke while I was driving it. Luckily no one was seriously hurt. I called to try to have them repair it but they completely ignored me. Only after I filed a complaint with the BBB did they contact me. They were very rude and shady and after all was said and done they only gave me 1/4 the cost of repairs. On top of everything they sent me the wrong tags! I cant believe a company as bad as this is still around. For your own safety don't go near this horrible place!
